Quick question about CPA Email submits?

Hi,

When sending traffic to an email submit (CPA), do you get paid immediately once the user submits their email (or phone number, zip), or does the user need to complete the second page as well in order to get paid?

Mostly they need to confirm email or phone number.

So it's just the email and phone number confirmation? No need to submit the second page details (i.e. Name, Address, etc.)?

They pay once they enter their e-mail.. not second page.
That's why they are called "E-MAIL SUBMIT"

As the name suggests you will be paid when users submits their email address.
