This may have been mentioned before if so i`m sorry but heres goes anyway.
To help organise your spoke sites, use the bookmark toolbar! I just go to each properties main page and add bookmark to the toolbar, i then rename the bookmarks LINK 1, LINK 2 and so on, this helps speed up the process as you can see in your toolbar which property to do next.
