its simple just find domain names with keyword on any service i.e : backlink, etc
find professional themes
find outsource list
you will get money

i have some resource to made that but not free

quick flips can be fun, but I find that it mostly just relies on getting people to over pay for what they are getting to make it worth your time.

A micro niche with unique content can sell on Flippa - ANHYTHING can sell on flippa, i've seen some really awful sites sell on flippa purely because they have some killer sales pitches!

If you are able to write to a good standard i suggest you invest in a book on sales pitches, i myself have a few of them that teach different things and they are a brilliant asset and improves writing in general.

I have not personally sold domain names, so can't really advise much on it.

Flippa is the main place that i have sold small websites, bigger websites i tend to get offers on and then barter with them until i get a price i want.

I will finish my "InstaFlips" method by the end of the month, plus i will also try to do a case study in the first quarter that should be fun to check out... ill let everybody know when its happening.

For Domain Names, Sedo is one of the biggest aftermarket with GoDaddy and Afternic being the other major places to sell domain names.

Some beginning domain investors, put them up for a free listing on eBay too.

This would be a great BHW service. I know I have a few mns I'd be willing to give as much as 50% of the sale price to someone who'd sale it for me.

I'll be honest with everybody, i havent finished writing my guide to my method ... my time recently has seemingly slipped through my fingers as i have worked on 2 programming projects i started!

I will try to find time to complete it and i do appologise for not having done it yet!
 
I flip my website 3 days auction and I mention in my auction there is reserve price. my auction will end soon but there is no bid yet :( I see that same website like mine but my website design is better and I am offering nice bonuses the difference is in that auction there is no reserve price and lots of bid there.. I dont understand these people.. I hope I sell my website, I dont want fail second time :(

Website price doesn't depend on design only. It could be possible that he has better PR, backlinks and prolonged revenue history.
 
I wanna try this quick flip...So where should i sell those sites? Flippa or DP?
 
carlx, what is your take on using .infos? Can they be just as good or do you find that customers prefer .coms?
