Hi, what rate should you build tier 2 and tier 3 links?

This is what I do: -

Tier 1 - Contextual (web 2.0, 301's, Article directories, guest posts etc)
Tier 2 - Contextual, 301's, Web 2 profiles, document sites etc)
Tier 3 - SER & Scrapebox (throw everything at it)

I usually don't do tier 2 and 3.

It depends, some say that you need to give at least 1 week before you start tier 2, if you want to be on the safe side. If you want churn and burn blast everything at it at once and that's it

If you are looking for long term results make sure your tier 1 are quality and manually created, and if possible wait up to a week before starting tier 2 and 3.

I don't think there would be a frequency that would suit everyone, give all you tiers a steady link flow and things would improve for you by themselves.
