Questions about starting an Instagram page

I am interested in starting and organically growing my own Instagram page which I will later monetize or sell off etc.
My questions are :
1- I have 2 personal Instagram accounts which I use on my home internet will starting a new page be a problem? using the same IP address as the other accounts? what to do if so? do i need to get proxies?
2- How about devices? the 2 accounts are on my phone will logging in on the same phone set off any flags? this is not a problem because I can just use my pc although it will be inconvenient
3- Can I / should I start multiple different pages in different niches? I have a lot of free time at the moment
4- Is there anything else I should be aware of? I'm starting new so anything helps

ps. is there any good niche recommendations?

Regarding the devices and proxies questions, you should try to be as diverse as possible, get a 4g/resi proxy and a bot/different device to manage your new account (if you want it to have no ties to the existing ones), instagram will know you are the same person otherwise.
