Hello,
First of all, thank you for taking the time to answer my stupid questions. I just discovered BHW recently and I'm really curious about learning all kinds of different methods that people share to make some money online. I can see how browsing these threads can be more productive than just browsing twitter for memes and stuff. Glad I'm here.
Me being the teenager I am I've spent lots and lots of time on instagram just doing nothing, and I've noticed this: meme pages used to post lots of images and at the end of the post they had one product they would link to their bio. Mainly normie shit and apparel like tshirts with the print "baddes bitch around" or dad hats which seem to be a trend. Didn't pay much attention to it then, didn't even noticed the market behind it, and how these pages were making lots of money.
But recently, I have stopped seeing this type of advertising on the app. My questions are:
Has instagram updated their guidelines and managed to stop all these people from selling stuff?
Let's say that I'd like to start a niche page to sell some products, what is the best way to cloak your affiliate link and how do you redirect your followers to it?
Is instagram really that hard to start on? Should I just plan on doing something smaller? I know getting traction can take some time on this platform.
Getting followers won't be a problem, I'm more scared of getting suspended once I have a fair amount of them.
