Questions about Facebook tracking pixel

Hey,
I have alot of conversions from facebook ads that are retargeting website visitors. And A LOT fewer on other ads. (30days conversion window)

Question is, which one tracks the purchase?
Scenario:
New guy sees interest based targeted ad -> clicks link to website
Now when he's visited the website, retargeting ads are shown to him.
After a couple days he clicks on retarget ad -> visit -> purchase

Is the sale tracked on the first or the second ad or both? Anyone have any experience?
