Question : Why instagram giving recommendation guidelines on normal Post ?

I have seen thousands of account on instagram in model category. If, someone uploading tiktok videos they don't get any kind of recommendation guideline but if i will upload any normal model with full cloth reel i got a recommendation guideline or sometimes community too.. on just normal post.. this isn't appropriate...
i don't know what to do.. i'm doing hardwork but don't getting reach from several months....Please reply to this thread and enlighten me for some this kind of thing .... its my humble request guys... i really need it... i'm doing hard work.. and i don't want to step back... but i need some guide for this for right path to save my time.. and i don't have much time.... if someone solve me this issue it will be lot easier for me to take next step....
