Question Regarding Own Sites Network!! Will DNS makes a problem?? Please Answer

Hello to all BHWers.

I am trying to create my own site's network for back linking purpose. I am purchasing C-Class IP hostings for it but problem is that DNS for all the sites will be same so will this same DNS for all sites create a problem in backlinking to each other or to any third site???

Waiting for the best answers from best BHWers because when ever I asked any query on BHW regarding SEO, I find its best answers.
