As I don't received the reply from the BHW support, for which I sent the question one month ago,
and also from @Diamond Damien via PM - I have the 2 questions to all blue nicks.
  1. Do you received VAT invoice ? ( I have EU-VAT )
  2. Is the invoice include the company name ? ( as on "Account Upgrades" not exists the field to enter it )
Also, seems I need take a break and if I'll back - I'll back as Jr. VIP ;)

Cheers, Greg.

I'm confused lol. I didn't get any sort of invoice when I purchased jr VIP.

Maybe for you its a bit funny, but I had in past some problems with tax office just from this reason.
And only for this reason I am asking about it.

For example, MOZ Api - few times I needed to contact them to fix the issue - place the company name on invoice instead of my name.
So, as you see - it's not that funny as you think.

Also very strange that nobody know the answer and I don't found on https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/?type=staff
the staff member who is responsible for financial aspects.

Cheers, Greg.

You get a PayPal receipt, but that's about it...

PayPal is the payment gateway not the seller.
My tax office not accepting such receipts at all.

I can't believe that big forum about SEO/IM don't offer such base things as invoice is.
In my opinion it need to be fixed @Diamond Damien

Not only for the reason that Paypal receipt not look so professional but also it generate the problems and increasing the cost of service in EU zone.

Cheers, Greg.

Dude... this is BHW. The mods have enough on their plate as it is, you really think they have the time to send out individual invoices to each member?

Just don't out this purchase through the business? I mean it's less than $100... It's not going to break the bank by not having deductibles against it surely?

Dude, it's 2019 not the 1989.

Paypal have two ways to notify the seller about each payment and invoices can be generated automatically - including validation of EU-VAT.
I am using such solutions at each money page.

BHW is the business, so such simple solutions need to be integrated.
Because as I said previously - Paypal receipts are not accepted as Vat Invoice with reverse charge.

It's actually $150 + Vat in this case.
Also I don't like to mixing business with my private life at least for the few reasons.

And I am agree here with @BassTrackerBoats
If the forum owner not respond for the question, I am pretty sure that also any other staff member NOT will reply for the same questions,
as I am asked BTB about it too before I created this thread and BTB replied that he isn't responsible for the financial aspects.

Cheers, Greg.

Contacting multiple staff members about the same issue is not something we encourage.

^ This. However, it's ok to include more than one mod on the same conversation. That way, we can see the other mods involved and can be confident we're not inadvertently stepping on the toes of the other mods.

Sending 5 identical PM's to 5 different mods can end up in 5 different people working over each other - we're supporting a huge amount of members on the forum and things like this will chew up valuable time that could've been spent helping someone else.

But, if you've messaged a mod and there's been no reply in several days, it's ok to ask another mod as long as you either invite them to the initial conversation, or you let the second mod know that you've already contacted someone. We're human, and sometimes stuff slips beneath the radar, so it's ok to raise it again - as long as you're being polite and reasonable in your expectations. Just don't keep spamming us with multiple PM's over a short period.

8 PM's in 15 minutes along the lines of:
"mod, can you do this?"
"mod, did you read this message?"
"how long till you do this mod"
"waiting..."
"waiting..."
"how much longer do I wait for, mod?"
"why are you ignoring my PM? I see you're online!"
"I am waiting too long now!"

those... don't tend to get the type of response the OP wanted.

We are able to provide invoices on request for payments - you can message any of the admins who'll be able to advise you on this.

In addition, as part of the current development, we're testing different ways of providing improved payment management services for buyers and sellers, including the ability to generate or request payment invoices automatically. More details will be available as this progresses but, for the moment, it's a manual request.

Thank you @Apricot for your reply - I am positively surprised :)
Finally I know the answer for my question after 1 month of patience.

From business point o view - I think that could be the good idea to choose at least one staff member to handle potential customers questions
instead of use whole staff resource to handle people which even not will purchase KeywordEverywhere for $1 - as I saw in one thread.

Also the good idea could be handle potential customer queries by dedicated PM instead of support.blackhatworld.com
Because in mentioned case nobody can be sure that the staff received the message and also if the reply not was lost.

And last my suggestion is - in "Account Upgrades" should be placed usefull links to most of customers queries and doubts about paid membership.
Because at first it will increase the conversion and also will save a lot of your and customer time, as we have example in this thread.

Cheers, Greg.

You paid $97 as a donation to the forum, you didn't purchase a product, so please read this:
"Donations and grants – VAT treatment. Donation and grant income is not consideration for a supply and is a non-business activity that falls outside the scope of VAT. This is because this income is freely given with no strings attached and is treated by the charity as a gift."

Therefore, you can tell your tax office that you've donated the money, as this is the case in here.

If you give a homeless person $100 donation, do you expect him to give you an invoice for your generous donation? Obviously not.

@bandititf9

At first - you not read the thread title, because here we not talking about donation but Jr. VIP
At second - I don't even know if donation still exists as it was few years ago.
At third - I am asking before purchase for all the reasons mentioned in this thread.
Fourthly - Jr. VIP cost actually $150 not $97.
Fifthly - VAT is added to Jr. VIP because it isn't the donation.
Sixthly - you don't have the "blue nick"

Do you have more "valuable" suggestions?

Cheers, Greg.

Well, Jr vip comes with bst seller rights or better said a requirement for a bst unless you want to pay $500 donation instead....
So I see ops point and it seems he will get his invoice. Bhw is not a charity so I don't see the word donation as the proper use. Also it states "upgrade to Jr vip" ...

Either way looks like this is resolved
