Someone spammed dislikes to a friend's video yesterday, he wants to turn them off but is confused about:

1. Can people still actially spam dislikes even if it's turned off, as in will they still be counted?

2. Will he lose ranking if it's turned off?

If he hides the likes/dislikes counter, it won't be counted if they keep spamming him.
