Does creating an instagram account on another device/ip than my phone and then using this account on my phone would hurt the account ? (i want to have a friend create an account then give it to me, because i already created 2-3 accounts already on my phone and don't wanna risk getting shadowbanned)

No it doesnt matter, what matters is how the account was created.

Can you elaborate on that please ? Do you mean the type of device, or mail/phone when creation ?

Creating the account on another device and then using it on your phone shouldn’t cause any issues. Just wait a bit before logging in to be safe

It shouldn’t matter much, but be careful with changing info such as passwords or e-mails after logging in on a new device - that sometimes might trigger a flag.
