[Question]: Question about PPD affiliates and content locking affiliates?

I was wondering if I used a PPD site and used some other content locking sites, NO SURVEYS, just as a video ad etc., would I be able to use a Forum/Group to interchange traffic and not have the risk of being banned? Using multiple affiliates to gather an income that adds up, what's the most I could do a month per each affiliate? Say the rate was $5 for 1000 downloads, what would my limitations be on accrued income for a month using this service without possibly being banned or closed for other reasons?
