Happy Monday BHs,

I recently posted a HAF thread looking for a skilled email marketer that can send bulk.
Replies and DMs came in, from Jr. VIPs and Registered Members.

I saw that 2 of the members that DM-ed me got BANNED, in the span of 2 days.

My question is: How can I deal (hire/pay) and ensure that I deal with a real freelancer, that will deliver the work promised, and I won't just flush money down the drain?

Please, I would really welcome any suggestion or best practices.

Try to deal with JR VIP with more than 1k+ post, with 1-2 years account age( My opinion)
Thank you for the advice.

And in this case, then I should theoretically be OK to pay directly to the freelancer, yes?
Based on his trackrecord and account history.

Silly questions I understand, but I've lost a few $ and don't want to repeat the mistake.

Be cautious of individuals who only accept cryptocurrency or communicate exclusively via Telegram.

While not everyone using these methods is a scammer, they are commonly used by scammers to avoid detection.

Hi @Peter Ngo

And this implies that a genuine freelancer/ BH would rely on the in-forum DM more than on TG?

Thank you

Other members do not pay any fee, they can scam you
Please deal with VJ Vip members because they have to pay BHW.
will not lose Vip benefits because of your small amount of money

In my opinion, premium members are the most red flagged members as they can buy out their membership and when I see the sh*t list it mostly involves them.

Been scammed by JR Vip members also which registered a year ago. So 1-2 years JR VIP members are also risky imo.

I would take JR VIP members only above 3 years membership. It still has risk but minimized. You can also check their rating and threads to see how they handle their customers for double confirmation.

I can see the reasoning yes. Unless its a bigger amount of money, then they will.:)

I had a read thru now and I see most is based on common sense. The only little inconvenience is the in-forum chat function. But if the freelancer is a Jr. VIP with > 3 years, then it makes sense to feel more secure dealing thru TG as well. As @GreenGrass2019 mentioned.

Thank you. The more I'm reading thru the forum dispute section the more I agree with your point.

Rule 1: All the conversations need to happen on BHW PM.

Rule 2: Check reviews, ask questions, screenshots and proofs.

Rule 3: Always pay 50% upfront and 50% on campaign delivery - if that works with seller.

@BuildMoreLinks thanks. Point 3 is what really gives safety, and that's what I will implement.

Thank you to everybody that posted. I understand which way I should choose when doing business here.

Wish all a productive week !!!

You can find their potential just by looking at whats their discussion on his own threads and other threads.. Here are some more tips

1. Prefer aged profiles who are active regularly
2. Find their potentials as said above.
3. Keep conversattions on record (PM or Skype)
4. Prefer Paypal or CC payments so you can file disputes incase of issues.

These members are correct. Please read the threads they have linked inside of these quotes. Keep the conversation in BHW PM after posting a Hire A freelancer/WTB thread. ONLY deal with Jr. VIP & above.

If a non-upgraded member sends you a sales related message, please report it so that we may take care of it.

I see that this information has helped you within the thread, so for now, I am going to close this. Good luck in your search!
