Hi Team,

Recently I have seen some guest posting site . they have Moz Da and pa too. they are old domains but my question is
they have not index in Google search.
Does this Links helps in ranking
How does google consider it as a backlink without indexing the page

Well, The site is probably a themed PBN. It's already penalized by Google there is no use in getting links from that, It will not help you at any point.

YOu can manually index them through Webmaster.

No, de-indexed domain will help NOTHING in ranking your website. In some cases, getting backlinks from penalized website may harm your website. Be careful,
