[Question] Need tool which show me basic data about BL (metrics)

Hello all, as I asked in the topic of this thread, which soft I'd to check metrics such as DA, PA, TR, CF etc?.
For example I get a report from ahrefs and them I want to choose only these BL which are worth further investigating?
As I see in SEO Spyglass demo version it has only PR of site/domain

Our favorite tool for analyzing backlinks is Majestic. We are synced to their API which allows us to automate a lot of what we do. I believe you can do some free lookups over at their site though.

Moz has a free tool I believe. Can't search for the page at the moment.

seohosting - Do you have written your own script for your needs? Is it much work for someone who is, PHP dev for example? Maybe I consider hiring someone then..
