Hi , i have a question about EMDs , lets pretend that the keyword is :" free stuff " the EMD for this keyword is freestuff(.)com , my question is about free-stuff(.)com , i mean is it and EMD too for the keyword "free stuff" ??

no, ofcourse.. You can still rank with such domain, it is just not an EMD..
