[QUESTION] How to register an LLC as a non-US resident?

I live in South America (Venezuela) and I am looking to register my own LLC.

I have done some research and it's overwhelming the amount of service providers you can find on the internet. Which, makes it a bit scary for me as I have no experience on this field and don´t know how "legit" those services are.

Given the insane amount of websites offering this service, this raised a red flag for me.

So, my question to you guys is...Have you used one of these services before? Care to suggest/recommend one?

My only option right now is Stripe Atlas but many online buddies have told me that is more expensive but, they don´t provide with an alternative solution.

Maybe one of you guys will?

i use firstbase.io and they are good, registered 2 companies

register in Wyoming as its a tax free state.

You need to file Form 1040-NR and Form 5472 yearly.(I use people on Upworks to do this)

Along with yearly state filing.

Additionally you need to have a registered postal address which is a service offered by firstbase for an extra charge

If you need a Wyoming LLC, you can open it here: https://sos.wyo.gov/business/startabusiness.aspx
With ChatGPT help and reading all the official information, you can directly register your company with them, cut the intermediary and save money

Roughly 30-40 USD per month for the postal address.

Additionally my CPA charges a standard fee. I need to check my WhatsApp with him to see how much i usually pay him. I found him on Upwork.

My CPA did that for me. But one can also do it directly on the government website.

Yeah, you can set up an LLC in the US even if you're not a resident. Plenty of people do it to access US markets, payment processors, or just for the credibility. States like Wyoming and Delaware are popular because of their business-friendly laws and low fees. You'll need a registered agent with a US address, and getting an EIN can take a bit longer since you have to fax the IRS, but it's doable.
