[Question]How to know if i need to put WP away?

tl;dr: How to know if my project is too complex, so i must not use WP ?

Hey Guys, how are You?

Years ago i friend did a mobile project for me ( using Xamarin ) about Carpooling for our university. My friend left our country and then our project.

Im thinking of doing it but this time a website where the users can access via smartphone ( $100/year from Apple is too much! ).
The project:

• Each user has his own account.
  
  
• If the user has a car, he can offer a ride to/from school.
  
  
• Independent if the user has a car or not, he can request a ride.
  
  
• when a request is sent, the car owner can accept or not.
  

About the Rides:

• Number of available slots;
  
  
• Meetup time;
  
  
• Origin/Destiny
  
  
• Route;
  
  
• Expiring Time.
  

I searched a lot, but cant found a plugin for that.

Combining multiple plugins, is there a chance to do that?

I must do/pay someone do to it from scratch ?

Or i just put WP away and use React Native/ Flutter ?

Use Flutter it would be better. If you need just a front end website this would be good. Suggestion go with flutter
