I have an account @10000.with.no.posts and I'm already at 7k. First I experimented with shoutouts, finding that some were really good (9k --> +400 followers) and some were really bad (300k --> +200 followers). Then I experimented with following people for follow-backs. This brought me most of the way, until I hit the 7500 following limit. Since I've stopped for at least a week, I've been losing a dozen followers a day.
What should I do to continue my growth? Unfollow everyone and restart the following randos process? I want to reach 10k before september without spending any money.
