I've contacted Google Ads "experts" for helping me create the campaigns for my store, 2 different persons - first was willing to help me but said she need to get approval for my ads to exit the [limited] stage and contacted the second person. The second person rejected my request, based on the fact that I sell sex toys. I do not have any sex toys on my website, just sexy lingerie and perfumes.

Some of the images for the products are a bit sexy, let's say - but just some of them - and where I mean "sexy" I mean the boobs, but covered by hand or nipples not visible.
For the merchant center, I kinda understand, but also there if I request a review it get's approved. In merchant center the problem is that I have over 2k products and I can request review for each of the product, not bulk. My account have the option for adult content selected and the google plugin (wordpress) is set to send the attribute with [adult content] for each product.

Can someone help me bypass this limitations?

My ads account was created in 2014 (mcc) and under this mcc, I created this account 2 months ago.

I have a basic understanding of how to setup and optimize the ads, so if someone thinks he can do this for me and get the ads approved, I can pay for it.
