hi

I want to start a movie stream website

just wanted to know DMCA can take down domain or they can take my domain for theirs?

Without a valid court order, Only DMCA notice can't takedown domain.
Buy domain from offshore register - e.g. njal.la using Cryptocurrency.

They are based on Sweden, DMCA law is not applicable there. See how they protect customers privacy - njal.la/blog/

what about google and bing ? could they remove your site from serp ?

Any host/serp/company can remove your content if they want with or without a DMCA or court order.
Areas where DMCA are not legally applicable can still respond to the DMCA and take your content down and I’ve seen places that state they comply with DMCA even though it’s not law.

The DMCA is a notice, it by itself doesn’t do anything but notify the host and you that you’re violating the law/copyright.

if you don’t comply the next step is getting a court order.

Google & Bing has their own TOS. They will remove your website from search result.
i mean if a company ask them to remove our site they will or not

Is their website down?

Yes.

From their Twitter - Yesterday night we had a huge power outage in the area where one of our data centers is located and resulted in broken network equipment. We are working to restore the services. Sorry for the inconvenience!

They are working on it.
