[Question] Amazon Verified Reviews - Requirements?

Hello friends,
I'm looking for someone that is able to list me all the requirements for a "product review" to be a "verified review" on Amazon.

I read about the minimum charge on card of 5$/€/£. I read that is no more allowed to offer 99% discounts. Is this true? Is there anything else?

Verified reviews means that the review came from buyer of the product.

A verified review just means someone with an Amazon account purchased your item with a payment method, and had the product delivered to them.
