I came across a user on BHW who is selling adwords account with threshold of $350.
My question is, Can this account be used to advertise upto $350 without spend any extra money other than paying to buyer?

Will this BAN my site adwords if I use 10-15 accounts to advertise the same website?

This is illegal, he sold the account, you take the heat, Ad Theft is stealing, you can do whatever you want, but please keep in mind that people have been imprisoned for this.

What did the seller say when you asked him?

I haven't bought the account till now. So, I am at safe zone because I don't want my site to get blacklisted.

He you need to use cloaker in order to avoid site ban or use iframe.

You need to be careful with cloaking, it's increasingly difficult with Google and Facebook.

When you submit a new campaign, the Google bot checks your submitted site/tracker and if there is any fingerprint linking you to cloaking or a previously banned account or site, your Adwords accounts will be suspended immediately pending a manual review.

I suspect the accounts being sold have a $350 threshold before an automatic payment is made. If the payment fails (which I guess it will if these are churn and burn accounts), then it's likely your site will be blacklisted by Google.

What I do with CPA is I use a Namecheap throwaway domain with Cloudfare or Rackspace CDNs and host a pre-lander. I link to my cloaked page on the pre-lander and have quite aggressive settings set up for it. Once my account is flagged, I simply buy a new domain to host the pre-lander and keep going. You do lose clicks compared to directly linking, but it's much safer and it fools the Google bot at the moment.

Yes, you need to use a cloaker or you'll be in trouble. I can make the same accounts but they need to be used with the appropriate safety nets.
