Question about youtube copyrights strikes

Hello , I'm new to youtube and I've got some questions to ask :
I'm able to get as many short videos that are taken by mobile camera or persons who are not belonged to any organization or networks such as people recording videos for their pets , babies , accidents and funny things ..
these short videos may be a part of full and long youtube videos ..
my questions is :
If I removed the voice and put all these videos in Compilation videos with royality free background music

Will I get my youtube partnered account banned ?
Or It's not considered as a violation of copyright terms

Short Answer: Yes, you can get into copyright issues when using these videos, simply because these videos do not belong to you. Especially in the "Accidents and Funny" Section you will face a lot of copyright stuff. Junkin Media and all those other companys buy a huge amount of fail videos and then sell them for even more money on their website or strike "Fail Compilation" Videos on Youtube and gain money from that.

You won't get your Youtube Channel banned right away after a few copyright strikes, but if your keep on getting strikes then there is a high chance.

If you dont have permission from the original creator then there is a chance that you can get a strike.
Also If I am correct youtube doesnot allows you to monetize compilations videos now who's shots are already uploaded on youtube.
