Could someone tell me more about web 2.0? I hunted expired blogspot subdomain with PR manually. I saw a lot like this one: anggasona-anotherbestblog that is not yet expired. I just want to ask when it will be available for registration again? Should I wait for the time when will it become available for registration?

you mean expired but not available to register right? If that's the case then it takes around 2-3 months from the date of deletion of that subdomain before you can register that expired blogspot blog .
 
Domain expiration and deletion take 45 Days + 15 to 30 days then it will be available for registration however many of peoples use automated bots to register expired domain.

If someone already set a registration bot then it will be automatically registered by them so be careful.

OP, blogspot blogs that show as dead will be made available in 90 days after they are deleted by their owner/blogger.

It your account has been expired then you should try after near about one month. but if it still doesn't work then you re-register after 3-4 month. I hope then you can register yourself at there.
 
It will take minimum of 60 days to become available. But the chance to get the same is only 50/50 percentage. Keep an eye as a hawk so that you can gain it without losing to anyone else.
