Hi,
I've a plan to start selling my service as an ecommerce developer/designer for a specific platform from my own site. Now I've decided to build a following (clients) on instagram but I'm stuck on one thing and that is, should i target the users that follow that specific platform's official page? Or should i target people who are following hastags related to ecommerce, dropshipping etc. Because in my opinion, if I target the followers of that platform then those followers won't buy my service because they already have there ecommerce store using that platform (correct me if I'm wrong).
I've no plan to run ads on IG but who knows. But for now I'm going with follow/unfollow, posting quality content with good info/tips, hashtags etc
