To be able to sell anything online, am I really forced to open a company?
Are there any other ways to sell online without starting a company?

I'm not saying I'll never open it, just that I would like to try before embarking on such a path. :)

Country?
Usually you don't have to be company to sell.

One need not have (or be) a company in order to sell online, few exceptions may be there, one of the few (or many) example is if you will sell pharmaceuticals, etc.
But, usually there are lots of online sellers selling as individuals and not as companies.

I selling for years digital stuff as individual

Europe :)

Yes, but how do you accept payments on sites without stating the name of a company?
you can add payment method in your eCommerce website like paypal strip master card etc you don't need a company for this just make your account there and enjoy earning

Yes, you can sell online without a company but it's limited to only to some products.

Depending on what you are selling there are payment processing platforms like JVZoo that allow you to sell as an individual with no further issues.

If you're new to selling, it's fine to sell as an individual. That's what I did. Now, if you finally get used to it and you want to go bigger, I recommend getting a company. Depending on jurisdiction, it's probably wiser to get a company for the tax benefits.

sorry everybody... i'm new in the forum (on this website)...
i work in the weight loss program. I'm looking for this program that basically finds key people of different networks (from gambling to nutra, from porn to anything else)...
i've seen this in a short movie but i can't find the name of this program.
Can you help me???

There are many ways to sell online that don't require a company, a personal identity is fine. For example, through the facebook marketplace/ instagram shop, or the now popular tiktok

I know people who use Upwork and Fiverr only because they have a daily job and don't want to open a company.
Those marketplaces pay tax in advance and don't ask you for an invoice.

Another legit way is to rent a company
