Question about selling online

Set up an e-commerce store using Wix
SEO will be the hardest part (depending on what you ought to sell)

What step do you take to accept payments?

Paypal, from what I know, I can only add it if I have Paypal business (which I can open through a company) am I wrong?

Digital products?
I have a PayPal business account, without actually owning an official company.

Just use your personal info for all you have and later down the line you can add other necessary info.

And they haven't asked you to verify your business yet?

If you're new to selling, it's fine to sell as an individual. That's what I did. Now, if you finally get used to it and you want to go bigger, I recommend getting a company. Depending on jurisdiction, it's probably wiser to get a company for the tax benefits.
Where do you sell? Do you have a website?

I sell on Shopify and ebay.

PayPal can be shitty when running your business as a new account, especially personal account. Every country is different but here in the U.S., they go pretty hard on new accounts receiving large or multiple payments in short period of time.
