Question about Paypal

I've Paypal with the address where my National ID is registered, not where I live right now, do you guys think this is the problem? Also, about how much is it okay to get per month with the personal account, not business?

Let's say if I receive around 2-3k$ per month; I hope this won't be a problem as I have a personal account. Also, the only reason I don't use address, where I live right now, is, that I had another Paypal account with linked to eBay, then eBay account got suspended, there were no problems with Paypal account, but I decided to delete that Paypal account and create new one, so I don't use same address for this Paypal account, because they can link my old and new PP address.
