So i'm wanting to create a paypal account but I don't want to put in my banking account information in there I realize there is a $500 per month limit without any verification of bank account. So I was wondering if there is any way to dodge this and get money without a limit? I want there to be legal ways to get around so please no illegal ways. I was also wondering if I did actually put in my bank account information is there any way of getting a check from paypal rather than direct deposit because I don't want to have to update my checkbook every time I get money in my paypal. I also realize I may be asking dumb questions but

All of my Paypal accounts are unlimited. But I did have to verify 1 and then after some time they removed limits on them. That is the only legal way that I know of.
You can get a Paypal cash card and access the money that way, but the only time that I know of Paypal sending a check is when you close an account.
Just my personal experience without digging into their T.O.S.
I am a U.S. resident by the way, I don't know anything about other countries.

My problem lies in trusting paypal and if my account happens to get hacked on their website, My other problem is do I have to update my checkbook every time I get paid on the website? or can I put it into savings? Because if that's the case then I probably won't sign up for paypal. But most of the money made on the internet has paypal as a first option.

They do have insurance if your account gets hacked on their website, and they also have a savings account inside Paypal that you can use. Paypal is probably one of the more secure payment methods.

I have had 1 problem with them on 1 of my accounts years ago, but was able to resolve it after showing some documentation. I have also heard some nightmare stories too. I have been using them since they opened (Roughly) and can not complain. I also use several others just to protect myself a little.

So my next question is what can I do to make an account and keep getting money without using my bank account?

Go to Netspend.com (There may be others) and buy a prepaid card for whatever their minimum is. I don't think that it is that much, maybe 10 to 20 bucks. They will send you the pre paid card, plus give you an account number and a tracking number for a bank account. You can use those with paypal to verify a Credit Card and a bank account number. It works.
There may be other companies that are similar, but this is the one that I know of.

I just don't like other websites such as paypal to have my bank account information just in case they get hacked.

Not sure it is available outside the U.S. but it may be. It's worth a try. I have only used them from the U.S.

Oic...do we really need to get US PayPal in order for withdrawal for non-US resident?

If you want everything to be legal, than why aren't you providing your bank details. GOTCHA.
However answering you, try Virtual Bank.

I m wondering on that too.. So US PayPal for non US resident is need to on illegal way?

Yes I want everything to be a legal process, but sometimes you can't trust any banking website that deals with money because there is always problems. I'm mainly worried about getting my account hacked and I really don't want that. So i;m trying to find alternatives.

Not much else we can do for you that I know of. Maybe someone else has time.

Will that still be legal if we are using someone else's US address for registration?

No it will not be legal for the reason being if your from a different country and putting a us address they will end up raising suspicion, and they would eventually know what country your from because of ip address. So please don't try it unless you want to get in trouble with the government.

By the book you can't really use someone else's address even within the same country, because you need proof that you live there, e.g. an utility bill with your name and address on it.

If an account is not fully verified, it can get limited easily, so you won't have any other choice than verify it with a bank account of yours. The monthly limit is just one thing, there's an overall limit too (2,500 EUR), if you reach that, they will ask you to provide documents to (re-)verify the account.

Understand now. But Why in some other thread, people still pay money for service to provide relevant documents, in order to verify their PayPal account and unblock their limits? Does the acc still legal? Does provide PayPal with the said utility bill will work?

My question:
youre doing all this so you dont have to update your checkbook lol? Why do you use a checkbook nowadays anyway? And with online banking why you need to even update it manually?

Next, something else is going on that youre not saying, just attach your bank account, easy fix to your problems
