Buying links can be risky if they’re low-quality or spammy. Choose niche-relevant, high-authority links. Mixing English and Spanish links is fine if content relevance and anchor diversity are maintained.
 
most of the "links packages" are totally useless nowadays, you'll waste your money for these,
stick to quality PBN homepage rentals, and guest posts or niche edits manually outreached from genuine websites,
building a good link profile can't be cheap, consider the quality, working approach & results, longevity, ROI & scaling instead
 
Don't buy low quality or spam links. Choose high authority links. A mix of links from both languages can work.
 
How can I find out if these links are spam or not?
 
To be blunt anytime somebody offers a LARGE number of links for a LOW price there is just no conceivable way they are good and "non spammy" links. So you are better off staying away from massive packages IMO.
