Question about landing pages ?

Hi guys ,

i'm confused about when i redirect traffic of my landing page , do i have to redirected them to offer page or sales page ?

You want to send visitors to your landing page, and then from your landing page you want to send visitors through your affiliate link to the sales page.

Also, sales / offer page is pretty much the same thing, unless you can show examples of what you mean.

i mean when you create your own landing pages , you can direct people directly to the order pages , if the sales pages of vendor is not good .

The sole purpose of a landing page is to convince your visitor to buy something. If they have already decided to buy, you want them on the sales page. If you have still not sold your product, then you want them on the landing page.

ad-->landing page-->opt in-->thank you page or sales page of the affiliate product-->then set up a drip mail series to keep them interested in buying if they have not done so already...

When getting started, what have people generally had success with for creating landing pages? I don't want to sink money into high costing software at this point, as I'm just not experienced enough yet.

What are success rates like using free wordpress sites as landing pages? Would it hurt CTR if the site wasn't a standalone domain, but rather the free wordpress.'sitename' site?
