Question about Instagram Reposting

Hi,

I'm here to ask you a couple of questions if its possible of course What would happen if I start a page in the sport niche and then use other people's content ( pro fighters footage and companies who are showing their fights ) I'm thinking of editing the footage ( adding music, some effects etc ) I see a lot of pages who are just reposting their content and they gain followers and nothing happens. They are also doing promotions.

Are they going to shut down my page or something more serious? If I gain let's say 20-30K followers and then I start doing promotions is that wrong with reposted content? Thank you again for your answers.

Overall original content would be less than 20% of total posts.
If you're a celebrity. Chances are you'll have 10-15 fan pages or more.
Reposting isn't an issue
It's whom you're reposting from that may get you into trouble.
Try not to duplicate content from personal profiles and you should be fine

Thanks for the answer. There's a lot of accounts in this sports niche, pages with more than 100K + followers. They are just reposting, not editing etc. I don't know if they are doing paid shoutouts. Some of the accounts I see there are more than 2 years old.

Any other opinions? For example the meme pages don't use original content, they just edit the footage and everything is alright I guess?
