Guest Posting: Offer to write high-quality articles for reputable sites in exchange for a link.
Outreach: Reach out to relevant sites with personalized pitches highlighting mutual benefits.
Resource Pages: Identify and contact sites that maintain resource lists relevant to your content.

Focus on providing value, and the links will often follow!

the key factors for what?? High authority sites do provide value (ranking boost), but you'd have to get a piece of that authority, otherwise (if your links are nofollow, for example... or placed 5-6 levels deep within the silo where google can't find them) they're less valuable...

DA can be easily manipulated, and some backlink provider did that, so make sure to check properly
