Question about Google My Business

Hello everyone,

I have a lot of businesses to register on GMB for different clients, and my worry would be: is it safe to record them all under one Google account?

This is a permanent AMC with the clients so I won't hand over the accounts anytime soon and obviously I can add roles to the business (the owner, or their tech).

I create a unique google account for each of the GMB accounts. I manage all those accounts from one account. Make's management and potential handoff in the future easier. All the GMB accounts are also connected to Analytics and Search Console. Usually Bing/Yahoo and Yandex all w/ similar setup.

Thanks a lot, yes I think I will follow what you do it seems safer.

I like the one GMB per Gmail account approach - it is a lot safer.

But as long as you keep logging into all your Gmail accounts with the same IP address, chances are you may get slapped, eventually.

I recommend accessing no more than 3-5 Gmail accounts from the same IP for the simple reason that in case something does happen to one of your accounts, Google may not be able to connect the dots as easily as when you accessed all accounts under the same IP.

Just be cautious as it could happen.

You must make all GMBs from different account unless you have the same business at different location. You must also use dedicated IPs to create account. You can give managerial access to one account for all the accounts.

Ok, something isn't right.

I do this as a service for the clients that are in the same country as I am, shouldn't Google know this beforehand that an agency could be maintaining businesses within the same country and no need to flag them? I am just asking, I find odd.
