Question about Gmails

hello everyone,
we run google ads account on own created gmails, however recently google has started asking to scan the QR for verification. how do you guys avoid this ?
now we have knowledge on proxies, but it comes mostly on all types of proxies. or on anti detect browsers.
need some good suggestions.

QR hits when Google smells mismatch. You can’t just proxy and go. Gotta warm the Gmail, bind it to a real Android once, then rotate clean. No clean shortcut, just prep smart and slow.
