Question about Email Campaign ( Newbie )

Hi there,

I've opened a new website and I have a big list of contacts I need to send emails in order to ask them if they want to be my clients ( hoping that they would see the email ).

The list is about 25k records.

I've researched online but I cannot quite understand one thing. Most of the email marketing companies ( like campaigner) are charging you by the number of subscribers 20$/1000 subscribers.

Now, I will also need subscribers, but right now I need to send 25k emails to 25k addresses to ask the guys ( in the most attractive way possible) if they need my services. For that, I need to be sure ( as much as I can ) that my emails are not going to spam. Also, I can pay for this service, I don't want it for free.

How do I do that, is there anyone can help me with an advice?

You can try Mailchimp. Also, try to make your subject interesting so that it won't be marked as spam.
