Last night i was looking at some sellers profiles.. Some people have made some pretty good money reselling master resell license ebooks.

I have about 200 of them and decided to give it a shot. I made my listing and went to list it.... it said that they detected that this is a digital item and i have to put it in a special category and i need to list it as a classified.
Classifieds cost $9 a pop vs a 50 cent traditional listing.

How do these people do it? I see tons of people selling ebooks and they are not classified. The only thing i notice is that all say that they ship a cd.

Is this just a "code word" for emailing you a zip file? Now way in heck they can turn a profit selling something for 99 cents and offering free shipping.

You can't sell non-physical items. Everyone else is selling them on a CD or DVD. If you put this in the title eBay will allow the listing.

So at a minimum they are paying .45 cents just to ship it?? And they charge only .99 for the book??

I dont like the margins...

the margins arent too bad depending on ebay fees. paying .45 cents to ship is only .54 profit.. but if you scale up... $450 investment with $990 return isnt too bad. Just have to sell a lot.

I don't know if you are allowed to do this, but you put in the description "your ebook will be despatched by email, but you can have it sent on CD by post for free on request"
