CPA PIN CC are scams, if they weren't, all CPA networks would have much richer offers, and they would never change their offers.

Try to track for how long any offer sticks. Advertisers and networks are getting money, along you. They do not provide for your customers.

If you can't understand that, well, live your life in your own world. If that's gonna help, good for you.

Credit card (CC) offers came as replacement to PIN offers, as they are legally disabled in many countries nowadays.

Historical info: everyone was promoting PIN offers and advertisers used to charge you weekly or monthly, over and over again.

For some PIN offers, you could send SMS with text STOP to cancel charging. For some offers there was no cancel option. It creates an active subscription, user automatically agrees with. Offers payout was around $12+ $20+ $30+ even $50+ back in the days.

Means that every person who used his phone number to receive sms and type code in offer, was charged with bigger numbers every single week/month. CPA networks and advertisers also take their cut.

PIN offers era was golden for everyone who was abusing this, publishers, advertisers, networks. (today PINS not work very well)

Back to CC offers. These are legal as you need to type your credit card details, and probably gonna work without issues in the future.

But, these offers are no different. It is still a SCAM.

If you promote something else (not direct offer) that is a double scam, in case you do not provide what you advertise.

You are legally safe, before and now, if that is your concern.

Maybe not in every single country, but you would need to become a millionaire so someone would go after you. Always protect your privacy anyways.

But do not listen to nobody or believe that you can get new iphone for 25 bucks or something like that.

Be 100% assured that you are scamming people, legally, lol.

Some other offers such are PPI PPD pay per install/download work better, and deliver advertised.

For example, you need to download & install game or program and offer is completed, or 2 programs etc.

Another offers are email submit, where you can get paid for only entering your email address and filling a survey afterwards.

Email offers are mostly scam as well (offering $100 worth of gift cards, or other resources, in exchange of your email)


I can't claim this to be 100% accurate for all CPA offers/networks, but it is not far from truth.

There is no such CPA network where CPA offers deliver as advertised. Maybe few offers do, but that is very rare.

Also note that offers are here today, gone tomorrow. Networks take care to stay safe, it's their part of the game.

But A) I signed up directly through their website. They do work with what would seem like a publisher or a third party affiliate platform, but overall I didn't found them on any network.

B) they had an aplication process which wasn't hard, but wasn't so easy to approve me either.

C) they pay higher per conversion, above 100$

Now I want to sign up for other affiliate programs like this, however I found some of them on Offervault and from different networks which have a more difficult application process than this first one.

For example, on one network they request to give the names of the account managers from the affiliate programs that I'm with. And on this mental health CPA offer I wasn't even assigned an account manager ) lol
