Question About City for Local SEO: NAP Question

Sometimes my address comes up as a major city even tho the city I am in is on the outskirts. Should I use the major city in the address or my normal address? I have seen this both in the mail that I receive and deliveries such as a delivery driver doesn't even get my city name only the major city name.

I would use your normal address. Trying to game the system never pays dividends in the long run.
