Question about banned PayPal card

I had my legit credit card hooked up to paypal a year ago when It got banned so its now blacklisted. If I were to order a new credit card from my bank, would paypal instantly blacklist and ban that card also? Just wondering and not sure if they would detect. Wondering what you guys think.

No they would not. A new card number is the main thing that paypal is looking for, they usually can not verify who actually owns the credit card. That is why gift cards and virtual credit cards can be used when signing up for paypal accounts. No real name is attached to those cards and Paypal really has no way of tracking who actually owns them.
