I'm not an SEO expert so I'm just gonna ask my question

If I build backlink for a single webpage on my website, does it help rank the webpage or the entire website?

It depends on the word count, if its 500 words, then 2-3 links works well. With 1000 words, 4-5 links are enough.

Adding much links from the article looks spammy and pass all the link juice.

What's the difference
And does no follow backlink also help improve webpage rank

Do follow links pass the link juice and no follow links don't pass the link juice to the linking site.

Yes, there are many high authority sites which provides only nofollow links. And those no follow links also matters much in rankings.
 
It will help your whole website, depending on how you have done your interlinking, but the most juice will go the first target, so is that is a inner page of your site than that page will have the most benefit of the link(s)
Some juice (my debatable estimate is 25% of the juice) will flow through your website but again it is all how big your site is and how you have structured it.
 
If you have proper interlinking it will help other pages by passing link power to it.Build only quality links and no follow link has its own value

Depending on how you created your internal links. Nofollow links can help to increase the traffic and make your site more natural.

Hi, If do backlink for single web page on your website it helps to rank your website on that web page only.

For example if you have several pages on your website then you will work on all pages not only for home page. So when you work for all pages the keyword related pages will rank first.

Every web page has their own keywords so each will rank with different rankings. So If you do page A more and page B less it will rank A only which is related to your site.

If that web page is giving more information what user is looking for them is other pages will also effet.
