Question About AI-generated script for historical content and other niches conent

Hello friends,
I have been wondering for a long time - many faceless channels are creating long videos by creating AI generated scripts. If long video scripts are created based on history and other niches, especially in the case of history-based content, according to the topic, using ChatGPT completely and if the content is created without much human touch, will YouTube provide monetization for that content?
Moreover, if historical scripts are created for historical content using ChatGPT, does it create scripts based on real information?

I need to know this.

Use wikipedia and a few of your braincells together you might go far. lol why check anything less than wikipedia for facts? There is nothing like it as a starting point for correct facts. Even if its to find the realiable soruces of more info.

The scenarios are mostly based on real events. This kind of content is monetized. I currently have three such channels, and everything is fine.
