Question about adding a business directory!

Hey there guys,

I'm developing a responsive WordPress business directory which will site inside an App.

My question is should I add this directory to my existing website on either a sub-directory or a sub-domain or should I just get a URL for it.

The directory will only be used inside the App but clients will be able to access the directory via my website.

If you want to directory to be associated with your brand or website, then I would do it on the same domain. If you are promoting it separately, then get a domain for it. I would also keep it on your original domain if you are planning on getting any SEO value to your main site from it.
