question about a personal interaction

Hi guys

I want to describe a situation in very specific details, but I am concerned that the person that I want to talk about is in this forum.

so I will try to be vague but specific. lol.

if you want a 27 year old female receptionist to do you a favor on a regular basis, is it better to get her food from her favorite restaurant, or money in an envelope?
is it better to be explicit (tell her: this is for doing X for me last week) or just condition her (every time she does X, you reward her)?

this is strictly about business, it is not about dating/sex.

First option or you could just mention the cause and effect relationship to her jokingly if you are concerned about her reaction.

Say this."Hey Julie. Thank you for _____ my _____ last Friday after everyone else left the office. That was outstanding, and Certainly Not in your job description (chuckle). Here is $100. How about you leave early today and get yourself a pedicure , a bottle of wine, and you just soak in a hot bubble bath for the evening? Also, don't come in tomorrow until noon. Remember; when you ____ my ____, good things happen (wink)."

depends how legal it is, sometimes you may be better off not mentioning it.
