Queries on my youtube video

1. I just uploaded my youtube video and when I am playing the youtube video myself I see 4 views but on the backend of the youtube dashboard I see 7 views. Which is the correct one and how many unique views has my video gotten? Its been like 45 mins or so that I have uploaded the video.
   
   
2. My video is a slideshow video made in powerpoint and is about 28 seconds (the whole video is 28 seconds long. ). Will I have any difficulty ranking for such short video?
   
   
3. Now how do I get some exposure? The niche keyword has around 8800 searches per month according to keywords everywhere and I did SEO on that and long tail words. So, how do I get some good exposure?
   

Please help a newbie with this.

I am not worried nigga. I am just asking which view number is the correct one. I am new to youtube so I dont know all these things.

Backend is correct. The views on the video will update eventually.

Youtube Dashboard usually shows views in realtime and best is to stop worrying about that.

Just do a search on youtube with the title that you used for your video and if you find videos with more length than yours then for sure its going to be difficult for you, also 28 seconds is way less most of the time intor and outro of some videos are of that length.

Increase the length of video, get some views or use reddit of other such networks to drive traffic to your videos.
