If you mean traffic with no bots - then definitely it should be google adwords (search ads only) and social networks like facebook.

Mainsteam? Adult? Something else?
Traffic networks like exoclick is just a waste of time and money if you have no idea how to work with it.
You need to send traffic thru tracker and check each source.
70 or 80 percent of traffic from such networks will be bot traffic (easy to detect).
So, you need to create your own white/black list for each souce, in this case it will work.

I dunno about Facebook, tbh, somehow it seems to me that a small percentage of bots is there anyways. Just an observation.

you can use Facebook ads, google ads, twitter ads, and also Linkedin.

There are not bots. It just depends on your targets.
