To OP, since you have a new account: while there's loads of quality traffic on these sites you're most likely going to lose a lot of money starting out.
With Facebook, keep in mind that you can't direct link to affiliate offers. You basically have to set up your own legit page and link the affiliate offer through it. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
I've seen people bank using this method although I'm not using it myself personally. Wishing you best of luck. Just make sure you set aside a budget and stick to it. Don't spend more than you can afford to lose

I would go with native ads. Only the two big networks. Taboola and Outbrain.

Facebook, Google adwords. Or in case you want some adult traffic and not being afraid of ad account bans - try exoclick.com. It's the best quality on the market now with the biggest targeting settings

Depends what you need to promote. Different ad networks work differently for certain goals.
