quality of namecheap hosting ?

I use Namecheap for a lot of domains and I am finding that I am getting more and more 503 errors.

Not sure if it is just a few dodgy servers or they are starting overpopulate them, so the servers are maxed out. Also, their support has dropped off considerably over the last 6 months. Previously I would have said they were the best, now I always seem to get a numpty who is clueless or I get stuck waiting 10 minutes for 2 x 1 sentence replies, and that is just the verification part which I always include in my initial message.

I am seriously looking elsewhere now for new projects.

Namecheap no doubt is a great service provider when it comes to domain & hosting but i would recommend to buy domain and use AWS Light sail hosting. They are known for their cloud hosting and initially provides their services for free
